TEAM ROSTER ONLINE FORM for- California Summer Games Full Address and Contact information not required here. We will pull address and contact information for each player from the NCAA Certified Rosters.
All players listed below for the event must be included on your teams NCAA Roster. The Jersey numbers listed below will take priority over conflicting jersey numbers on the NCAA website. Please submit the roster summary below between June 15 and July 2nd. Players on your NCAA roster but not listed below WILL NOT be in the California Summer Games coaches packets. The NCAA Roster will not allow deletions, thus the roster below is necessary to determine Active players for the event. Use of the "Roster Summary " below in combination with your NCAA roster that you are required to maintain up to date, Duplicate work from Club Administrators/ Coaches is avoided in regards to participation with the California Summer Games.

COACHES APPROVAL PROCESS The LexisNexis approval issued to a coach is good for a two-year period. The "two-years" is applied as the year in which the approval is granted and the following year.
IN ORDER FOR ANY COACH (including assistants) TO SIT ON THE BENCH DURING THE TOURNAMENT THIS PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE IN AT THE TOURNAMENT. FOR THE TOURNAMENT TO REMAIN A CERTIFIED NCAA SUMMER EVENT, THIS PROCESS WILL BE ENFORCED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
